Showing how ridiculous it was to even consider getting an allen key into the gap between the motor and the gearbox.

Download video of motor and gearbox

First time showing motor starting up, on the gearbox! The sparks are more dramatic on the original (this video has been shrunk from 40mb to 1.7mb using ffmpeg). Everything appears however to be actually working. amazing.

Made up a support-mount (right). Previous attempt (left) actually managed to strip and destroy two bolts. For a moment there was the silly thought of putting a support mount welded directly onto the adaptor plate. However, on second thoughts that's not such a smart idea. Imagine attaching the support mount directly to the chassis, then uh... how is the motor and gearbox ever going to be removed from the car? So... no. Why is this needed at all? There are two other mount points: one is at the base of the gearbox, in between the output shafts, the other is at the front right of the gearbox. However, the third was on the original 3-cylinder engine. As that's been junked, a third support is needed. No doubt this support point is in completely the wrong place, but hey...
