My third on-line Poem

Putting cards in a play box
Treating wise men to joys.
Looking sideways at an old sock
Beating tin cups on toys.

Imprinting faces in the carpet,
Sleeping soundly, bum in the air.

Mum picks me up, loving me quietly,
Hushes me to lulling-land, fingers through my hair.
